About This Project
Microwize Technology is a leading healthcare software provider in the NY metro area. They have been contracting with We Interactive for over 10 years for website design, SEO and digital marketing services.
In 2015, Microwize undertook a complete website overhaul to modernize and better reflect the company image.
Search Engine Optimization – SEO
Microwize objective has been to dominate search results for important keywords. The challenge was that some of those keywords were single word keywords which are very difficult to dominate. Through effective keyword research and careful optimization, this project exceeded all goals and Microwize has been dominating the healthcare software website sector for many years.
Another facet of this project was Microwize’ desire to better serve its clients through interactive mediums. For that, we developed a healthcare software blog where the CEO publishes important thought leadership articles.
For better customer service, we developed a support forum where users can interact with each other as well as Microwize support staff to solve issues and challenges. This lead to increased client satisfaction scores for the company.
An events module was also built for the client to promote periodic client user meetings and special presentation webinars where users can view and register for informative training classes.
As a market leader, it’s important for Microwize to stay in touch with users through informative campaigns in social media. Custom Facebook, Twitter, YouTube account images were created to match the Microwize brand and communicate the messages to its social partners.
